100 GUITARS ..
The proposal to be exhibited in Liverpool in 2011
Former Lecturer Bill Hart, now a-musician-singer-songwriter-writer-performer-artiste, is planning to construct an exiting new Merseyside Art Installation.
Bill says,"it is intended to involve a great many 100 or so, *Guitar owners from around the world and local musicians whose home-roots and donor Guitar have played in the world famous Cavern Club, Liverpool UK".
Containing 100 suspended Guitars, the Installation's shape and form is of a three-dimensional ‘floating’ effect, depicting a gently flowing River Mersey wave.
Guitars can be of any value, type or condition.
Covering a floor area of 1800 sq ft (60' x 30'); the surrounding existing walls to be used for the display of donors 'facts' sheets and an identification key to each individual Guitar on display.
If you would like involvement in this memorable piece of excitingly different Merseyside musical artwork, then applications are being invited from Guitar donors now.
A prommisory note is all that is requied at this early stage..

Note: *Guitars to be donated as a loan to NEWLiiNE Words & Music UK for an unspecified time and then returned to each owner in their original condition after use in the said Exhibition only. Credits will be ascribed to each Guitar donor featured in a wall mounted display. All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the security of each Guitar once it has been donated. Only one donor-one Guitar will be accepted.
